Consequently, organizations have been scrambling to survive, let alone maintain a semblance of growth in the era of the digital consumer. Leaders seeking to gain the higher-ground are embarking on fast-paced CX strategies, aspiring to make the customer the undisputed king. Nevertheless, what does this strategy really mean to the kingdom (the organization) and its kingmakers (its employees)? Few leaders truly understand the wide-ranging transformation an organization must embrace for this approach to succeed.

The major reason for failure is down to the struggle of assimilating the customer perspective into every function, level, role and organism within the organization. Having observed a range of approaches, we’ve discovered the most successful CX strategies arise from four mutually supporting principles — each of which are driven from the top, but supported zealously across all levels. A closer look at each principle offers lessons for leaders seeking to create and sustain their CX capabilities.

Principle 1: Build for Customercentric Talent

Organizational identity will always be defined by its people. CX outwardly amplifies this, but with less control for the organization. Leaders need to determine the capabilities required in delivering a branded CX that aligns with the company’s promise. As organizations seek to attract and retain talent, they must consider what qualities and attributes each position, team and function requires. For example, will competencies around collaboration, responsiveness, and service agility outweigh the need for more resilient and competitively independent contributors? How will part-time, gig or outsourced staff give or take from this equation? Whether developing and/or acquiring talent, deciphering your workforce needs provides the bedrock for any compelling CX.

Principle 2: Bind your Purpose and Promise

Visit most corporate reception areas and you will find powerful and inspiring articulation of mission, purpose, and vision. While these statements offer a window into an organization’s aspirations, they often fail to translate into a differentiated or practical CX. To operationalize the impact of these statements, leaders need to consider:

What are our customers telling us? Data analytics provides a real-time window into the customer’s rational and emotional needs like never before. This is more important than ever given the increased sovereignty of the digital-customer.

How do we measure the delivery of our customer promise? Companies can deliver a their branded CX by aligning day-to-day activities with tangible business goals through continuous measurement of performance and behavior, tied to practical customer service values.

How can we harness these analytics to drive the right behaviors and processes? The ease and power of today’s CX software provides unprecedented utility in synthesizing and socializing such data, in a manner that must be both actionable and simple for all.

These questions not only help leaders start to frame and align the organization’s purpose and customer promise, they also set the tone for how they will be brought to life and measured.

Principle 3: Know and Grow with your Data

Understanding the insights and trends from the field is an enticing proposition for any organization, especially as the world navigates the disruptive impact of COVID-19. However, this alone will not ensure a successful CX. The data analytics captured must continuously help inform how your organization’s hardware (i.e. operating model, structure, and performance metrics) interacts with your software (i.e. behaviors, informal networks and engagement).

Ensuring that both the hardware and software elements of your organization are well-synchronized, creates the fertile ground for an empowered and accountable culture. Vital for any branded CX, these qualities naturally require strong organizational maturity. Here, data is critical in supporting the decision-making process for leaders when: acquiring the required talent; and setting them up to operate effectively within the purpose-designed role/ function, as they respond to customer needs with autonomy and purpose. Data helps you jump-start this virtuous cycle where the employee-customer relationship is tracked, but also supported by technology and leadership.

Principle 4: Lead from the Customer Front Lines and not just the Dashboard

Leaders should not solely be fixated on performance metrics in absence of the drivers of these metrics. Hence, a successful CX strategy also demands leaders to:

Role-model the desired behavior through action, conversation, and professional development; reinforcing what the organization stands for and how this drives the CX

Celebrate best-in-class performers when it comes to both behavior and performance

When leaders promote and socialize their customer promise, it sends a strong signal throughout the organization recognizing King Customer as central to its existence. Likewise, distinguishing standout employees, or specific interactions as examples, also helps generate cultural momentum.

A robust CX strategy offers organizations an organic and sustainable avenue to better results. Channeled correctly, the binding of technology and talent helps deliver potentially unsurpassable competitive advantages through the CX. However, these strategies don’t flourish on their own. Leaders who better understand these four principles as well as the resistance and challenge that comes with the territory, will have the edge. The investment and effort in such a journey could prove to be the difference between growth or stagnation for companies trying to stay afloat in the most disruptive era of our time.

Last month marked the 40th anniversary of the biggest selling rock albums of all time, ACDC’s Back in Black. The band that created this masterpiece also crafted another motivating story of success. It is the story of a migrant family who escaped poverty by moving to Australia and ended up becoming global rock icons transcending generations. Built on the foundations of focus, energy, and work ethic, the band’s journey has some powerful lessons in team dynamics that could be relevant to any leadership team today.

Taking a few pages out of ACDC’s playbook, it is imperative for leaders today to ask themselves:

What is our team identity, and how do we know this?

What do we stand for?

How are we able to build on each other’s energy and talent?

How are we providing a sense of stability and consistency to our followers?

How can we inspire those around us through good times and bad?

What do we want our legacy to be?

Exploring these questions can go a long way in helping you set the stage for refining your team dynamics. It may prove to be the difference between your business becoming inter-generational, rather than a gleaming pop-like fad.

Focus on identity
Emerging out of the Australian live music scene of the mid-1970s, the band’s music took its inspiration from blues and rock. However, ACDC was inimitable. They took their music intensity to a different level, and their performance on stage and effort in the studio was unrivalled—all of this driven by a sheer commitment to their organic style. As their identity began to take shape, the members consciously avoided chasing the trend of the era. There was no divergence to ballads, glam nor thrash rock. As a collective, ACDC took immense pride in their identity and what they represented — a back to the wall no-nonsense approach to rock and roll. Backing this was an intense work ethic that saw them push each other and their collective creativity to another level.

Business leaders are continuously sharpening their personal brands, but this needs to become a team sport. Akin to ACDC, the collective power and impact of a leadership team’s identity becomes a multiplier in driving change and maximizing performance.

Work ethic in studio and on tour
ACDC’s ascent was well before the era of social media and music digitization, making their success even more remarkable. Whilst the band was highly influenced by the artistic direction of the Young brothers, all members contributed to the writing and construction of each album. As a team, they were prodigious songwriters who had an uncompromising commitment to quality. The band knew that this standard was the underlying reason for their global success and were single-minded in preserving this quality. Coupled with their toil in the studio, ACDC’s live performances were something to behold and equally key in the forging of their character. A series of iconic global tours, playing back-to-back concerts, saw them emerge as one of the greatest live bands of all time. Most of which took place before the era of convenient and comfortable transportation. Their trademark raw energy was for all to experience and engage with. Also critical to their success whilst touring was their humility and desire to learn and grow, always on the look-out to sharpen their craft. This lack of ego was exhibited throughout their career with their willingness to perform countless gigs anywhere and at any time.

More than ever, today’s uncertain times demands a rethink on how leaders show up and execute. Leaders need to manage how they decrease talking about it, and increase being about it.

Dealing with challenge and tragedy
ACDC as a team brought a level of professionalism unseen in other bands. Torn by tragedy throughout their history, from death to addiction, the band was able to continuously evolve and endure. From the succession of their iconic front man, Bon Scott, to the replacement of other members; the direction and focus of the band never faltered. Unlike other performers, such transitions were never leaked to the media nor compromised for the sake of “easy-points” publicity. Much like a well synchronized corporate team managing shareholders and risk, protecting their reputation was a premium. This was achieved through a highly disciplined approach to confidentiality, respect for each other, and thoroughness in their decision making.

Dealing with challenge and risk is nothing new for leaders, even on a global scale. Here, leaders need a clear balance between alignment and stability, with the need to also be inspiring and energetic… as perpetually illustrated by ACDC.

Legacy and Lessons
It has been almost half a century since the birth of ACDC and the band remains as synonymous as ever with high-energy rock and roll. From their humble beginnings, through tragedy and line-up changes, they continue to be a universal symbol that survives to this day. Beyond their edgy logo, this legacy can be seen through their inter-generational fan base, musical influence on artists, or just by tuning into any rock radio station anywhere in the world. Inconspicuous as individuals, but iconic as a team, ACDC serves as a powerful and resonating lesson to any leadership team today wanting to create a lasting impact.

Pre-Google maps, and affordable data-roaming packages, this tool was nothing more than a 2-Dimensional layout with a spaghetti-grid and an added sprinkle of interesting, but hard to pronounce landmarks. In the hands of an enthusiast, historian, tour guide or even the town mayor; the value of this map becomes far more tangible. Here is where humility, curiosity and ongoing familiarization can elevate your strengths from a report to reality.

We have worked with numerous leaders and teams building strengths-based organizations… “so what is the best approach?” you may inquisitively ask? Well, in true consultant form, “it all depends” is our fence-sitting retort. In our defence, how can a control-driven leader instantly spring to life with eagerness and authenticity and have a strengths-based conversation with his/her team? On the other hand, for the development-focused leader who places a premium on growing others, this will be a more natural occurrence.

For the control-freak in you, don’t lose hope, there is always a starting point. It may just be your endeavour and drive to deliver results through your Achiever and/or Responsibility. Yet, akin to Jekyll and Hyde the same strengths that have helped deliver you results in the past, may also be getting in your way. So how can you maybe adopt an ‘eyes-on, hands-off’ method that is more enabling and leverages the talents of others more effectively?

This is just one example of strengths regulation we have witnessed from the corporate front-lines. In building your strengths-based organization, here are some key actions to consider:

As an organization, look for an opportunity to socialize your strengths themes in a way befitting your culture (no need for t-shirts with your ‘Top 5’ if this doesn’t fit the pulse of your Law Firm).

Authentically, bring strengths into your collective conversations with Good Intentions vs Writing People/ Behaviours Off (e.g. “I have high Command so you better do what I say”, or “She leads with no Relationship themes so don’t expect her to be interactive”).

Ask yourself and those around you open-ended and explorative questions around: “How does this strength work for you? When does it work for you and when does it get in the way?”

Owning your strengths means there will be some vulnerabilities with what makes you unique. You need not be afraid of these, rather seek to understand how these consciously or subconsciously undermine your leadership, holding you or others back.

Keep your strengths report nearby and make it a habit to check-in with it at least once a day: maybe before a shift or meeting, or even at the end of the day. Identify one or two strengths you would like to focus on for a given interaction with your colleagues or a deliverable. You pick the scenario and the rules – but do keep an open mind and willingness to become strengths-fit.

And things do not look like abating any time soon.

So, what are leadership teams doing to keep their organizations afloat amidst these currents? The retail industry in the region provides a stark illustration of what happens when leadership teams get it right. Highly competitive, large volume with low margins, complex supply chains; compounded with the delicate demands of sale and after sale customer experiences – represent the inherent complexities of this sector.

Consider one of the largest retail groups – a family business with a long-standing tradition of serving the region for more than 70 years. With its extensive retail network and product distribution channels, this organization was effectively operating unchallenged in the marketplace. However, once the economic downturn had struck, even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, its seemingly immune status as a monopoly across many product and service lines was rocked.

After years of continuous growth of +17%, the situation had ground to a halt with four quarters of negative growth. The leadership was faced with the hard fact that strategies, priorities and behaviour had to change. Towards what exactly, was vague at best. However, what was clear was the need for a far more nimble and agile leadership in dealing with this new normal of commercial uncertainty.

Having acknowledged the need, the leadership team’s first step involved a self and collective examination of their DNA. What were their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to leading the organization on a culture and agile transformation? It became immediately clear that due to years of aggressive growth, parallel to regional development and prosperity, the leadership team was the driving force when it came to their successful strategy execution. They knew what they stood for, clearly understanding their shared purpose and how this enabled them to set a clear direction for the rest of the organization.

Unbeknown to them, however, was the fact that this fast-paced mission-fueled growth, had created long-term wear and tear on high performance. This was especially the case when it came to creating streamlined systems and processes that increased the speed and effectiveness in keeping up with consumer trends and demographics. Worryingly, it became apparent that critical business intelligence was not reaching the right decision makers for the group. Archaic CRM analytics couldn’t keep pace with the rate of organization growth, let alone with the changing demands of consumers.

Not only were decisions made from inadequate or outdated sources of business intelligence and analytics. Once a risk or opportunity was identified, the leadership team was paralysed in their ability to respond. With a misaligned corporate governance structure, the group’s separate businesses found themselves embarking on their siloed strategies with vigour. Yet, when it came to creating and leveraging group-wide marketing analytics platform or entering into new markets such as Asia, mistakes were repeated by many of the business units. No shared learnings, data or enterprise risk management assets were being utilized effectively. It was recognized that this was due to the sensitivities of working across businesses, the stigma attached to failure, and the absence of continuous learning throughout the family business.

Our research shows that leadership teams able to build on each other’s energies and talents around a shared purpose; are likely to drive a 21.8% boost in performance throughout their organization.

Upon diagnosing the state of their leadership team as ‘One’ Group, rather than separate business units, we were able to quickly diagnose what needed immediate attention in order to adjust to the changing market landscape. Their unique results, as reflected in their Adaptive Culture Indicator Heat Map, illustrated strong leadership capabilities and a heightened sense of purpose of values them when setting the course. However, what required serious work was the team’s absence of fostering a challenge culture and an inability to focus on addressing organizational skills gaps.

In tackling this head-on, the Leadership team focused on institutionalizing their behaviour at the top by only focusing on 2 symbiotic behavioural elements:

total respect for each other; but

the courage to speak out and challenge each other with good intentions.

Greater emphasis was subsequently put towards the executive team members driving these behaviours within their respective functions and business units throughout the family group.

The next step was more medium term in nature, enhancing the talent development and enterprise risk management processes and systems throughout the organization. So far, these have gone a long way in resolving the skills gap challenges, as well as creating a stronger risk culture and capability. These tangible wins, have ensured the family business’s ongoing transformation sees them well positioned in becoming a strategic global player, even during a period of market stagnation.

The best leadership teams in the world frequently arise from volatility. However, every team will have their own unique challenges and opportunities. By looking within and without bias, and understanding where your team sits, is only the first step in being able to get through the uncertainty of today. In the Gulf, the need for behavioural and enterprise-wide leadership shifts may not have been required in the past. The failure for some leaders to proactively adjust their energies and efforts, has caused irreparable consequences already. In contrast, those that have been able weather the storm, find themselves strongly positioned in how they explore options for growth. What will be your team’s next move?

So impressed by your personality, he invites you to audition for the lead role in the next movie of a blockbuster action-series. You nail the audition and accept the offer. Shooting is completed and the movie released with a record-breaking performance at the box office.

What is your next move?

Well for George Lazenby (let me google Google that name) that was the end of the road for his role as James Bond in 1969. This opened the door for an emerging Sean Connery (no need to Google this one) to return as Agent 007 and launch an illustrious career spanning decades.

Poor decision making is something we witness every day of our lives. Sometimes, this can be attributable to the lack of data or business intelligence at our disposal, but oftentimes is due to any one of the numerous cognitive biases we have. In George’s case, this can be associated with egocentric bias in not being able to adjust to the creative direction of the movie On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. He felt there were too many “gadgets” in the film (great foresight there) and that he was not being listened to, even though he’d had no prior stage training nor acting experience!

For others, its sometimes the pain and suffering of being on the receiving-end of poor decisions (take note Managers). For instance, Elvis Presley’s manager forbade him to tour internationally at the peak of his musical powers. For self-serving and ill-informed reasons, tied to his illegal-residency status among others, his manager (a carnival worker by trade) continuously exploited Elvis. Selfishly having him focus on cheesy-films and the Vegas circuit, rather than lucrative international tours, cost The King dearly. It is reported Elvis never questioned this unethical and greedy management guidance that he received.

As we know poor management decisions are also rife in the commercial sphere. One of the most infamous examples, amongst a countless litany, is Excite’s (who?) refusal to acquire Google in 1999. There are conflicting versions of this event, but the bottom line is the Excite’s CEO rejected an offer to buy Google for $750,000. This was after negotiating down an initial offer of $1m. Today, it has become a $1trillion company. Undeniably, there are multiple factors that have contributed to Google’s subsequent success. Be that as it may, Excite passed on the opportunity to get their hands on the nascent company’s famous algorithm which had performed better in the like-for-like ‘bake off’ Executives had conducted between the two search engines.

One person that did make amends and learnt from their poor judgement was Dick Rowe. As Head of A&R at Decca Records, he was presented with a hole-in-one opportunity to sign up The Beatles before their breakout. He rejected this infamously rationalizing “guitar groups are on their way out”. Similar to Excite’s CEO, analyzing the thought process behind such decisions is a perplexing task.

Here, it is incumbent upon leaders, managers, teams and even parents; to ensure they are able to base their decision making on a more rigorous set of inputs, processes, and contexts. Analytics and business intelligence systems (check that device buzzing in your pocket), play an important part in this process. Just as important, are one’s ability to manage the lens in which they view the world – their cognitive biases. As are your sense of curiosity and humility in seeking multiple perspectives from others, across multiple vantage points.

Learning from these and other lessons is also critical to how we can become better decision makers. Thankfully for Dick Rowe, and our collective listening pleasure, he did redeem himself by signing up the Rolling Stones for their first record deal.

These guiding principles are considered central to the essence of the organization, especially for employees and the market. Often derived from corporate strategy, these statements are seen as the uniting banner that seeks to ferment a strong culture and drive performance.

However, such proclamations could be doing your organization more harm than good. According to Deloitte’s Core beliefs and culture survey, there is “a disconnect between organizations simply talking about their culture and those that are embedding their beliefs into their operations.” The biggest challenge here is that this creates a major disruption between leadership and the rest of the organization. Thus, organizations are left with employees feeling their roles don’t matter with the latter simply not subscribing to the fundamental mission of the organization.

When organizations are able to create the ‘role-mission’ connection, the result is a boost, not just to morale but to performance as well. Research indicates that performance increases and operating costs decrease. It is no secret that the cost of hiring an expatriate worker within the MENA region is sizable. Organizations are additionally having to tackle the challenge associated with attracting and retaining millennials, typically nationals, throughout the region. Regardless of how effective your hiring or Nationalization strategy is, employees who feel a connection with the heartbeat of their employer are more likely to serve longer tenure, and at peak performance.

Such an approach to building a culture is damaging organizations across the MENA region and beyond — especially when organizations are unable to live up to such lofty expectations.

An organization’s mission is not just a decorative plaque on the wall, but an active, living, breathing statement of intent that contributes to every resource and effort. It is a guiding mantra by which decisions are made and strategies executed. Employees must be able to internalize and make sense of how their day-to-day roles connect with the broader strategy of the organization. This symbiotic relationship between creates an emotionally binding connection between the employee and employer. It inspires all stakeholders and creates a collective culture that can withstand the most hazardous challenges.

In an ever-volatile and uncertain world, being able to express and live by what your organization actually stands for is often overlooked. Recent research reveals that one in every four customer-facing employees are unclear on what their company stands for or what differentiates them in the market. This results in unnecessary damage to an organization’s financial and strategic standing, let alone to their employee value proposition.

However, the unique situation of family businesses and a highly-digitized government services agenda, represents an opportunity for MENA organizations to be better prepared facing this challenge. For example, long-existing family businesses in the GCC have been able to use the historic value provided by their brand proposition coupled with their role in the nation-building process. Their reputation and prestige provide the foundation for a meaningful and tangible mission that best suits what the organization stands for.

As MENA organizations look to expand their footprint internationally orenhance their service offerings locally; they need to create, enshrine, and live by their mission. This is especially important when you consider the inherent risks associated with expansion such service variance or the high-stakes exposure to social media. Organizations that are able to accomplish this will enhance how their employees connect with the spirit of their company, improving how these employees relay its mission to the customer and market.

A State of Waste
It is hard to surpass professional football when it comes to a high-stakes, high-visibility environment. Even in such a public arena, it’s astonishing how often clubs fail designing and executing a strategy at the cost of billions of dollars. Intricate coaching methodologies, expansive scouting networks, seemingly limitless chequebooks, and the latest sports medicine; all provide no certainty for success. According to Optima Football, “75% of all clubs in the top 5 leagues aren’t working with a sustainable model or strategy.” Whatever the reason for this lack of health, it’s clear this amount of waste wouldn’t be tolerated in any business.

Examining football’s current state, one club in particular stands out for the way it has looked to build a sustainable model to deliver results- the Liverpool Football Club (LFC). Upon closer examination, science, rather than coincidence, has been the driving force behind their recent successes making them the envy of their European rivals.

Philosophy and Vision
Fenway Sports Group’s (FSG) initial era at Liverpool was marked with continuous underperformance and misalignment at the operational level. Whilst the club did come close to winning the English Premier League (EPL) in 2013-14, it was clear to the Board that success needed to be built on an unwavering philosophy, vision and high-performance culture. Based on the use of mathematical analysis, made famous by their Moneyball modelling, enter Jurgen Klopp. Unproven in the EPL, and on the back of a below par run in the Bundesliga between 2013-15, he was identified based on a scientific selection process underpinned by predictive analytics that removed the biases such as reputation or track-record. The qualities the Board was after were for a manager to galvanize players, staff and the Board alike; towards a destination where the whole of the club had to be greater than the sum of its parts.

With the Board’s backing, Klopp began putting together the blueprints for the success in an uncompromising manner, avoiding the traps of short-termism prevalent in football and many industries today.

Stakeholder Management
Klopp was able to build trust rapidly with his Board and ensured whole-of-club alignment to this new philosophy and transformation. He established a strong coaching backroom based on total collaboration when it came to football strategy and analysis, player scouting and management. Furthermore, regarding talent, he refreshed the focus on the club’s Football Academy, where with Board approval, he created a single training site for both the Academy and senior teams. This was a statement of intent with LFC: betting on the future, as well as creating a source of motivation and integration between senior and youth squads.

Similarly, when it came to the fans, Klopp was quick to understand the Anfield mindset, one built on a legacy of pride, loyalty and hard work. This has been leveraged every week for the world to see with his sincere touchline passion. Creating this social contract with the club’s supporter-base early in his tenure had a telling impact on the energy and belief towards the club’s new culture.

Talent Through Science
Mathematical modelling was also extended in building the right squad. This was based on selecting fit-for-purpose players that can be plugged in to the playing methodology envisioned by Klopp. Player screening and selection was executed based on rigorous analytics and overseen by the coaching panel, rather than just one individual. Through the use of such analysis and assessment, LFC was able to bring greater certainty with their player selection and development. Past player performance and future potential, was shrewdly calculated with attitudinal and behavioural pre-dispositions towards creating the club’s envisioned winning culture.

Deploying such science did not require a high-profile squad, and the inflated price tags and risks that come with it. Rather, lesser known younger players along with the rejuvenation of forgotten stars created the right mix.

Develop and Measure
Building on the use of data for talent identification and selection, this was also utilized for the development and performance management of all players. LFC have been able to deploy data throughout games, to devastating effect. For instance, when games are in the balance, they are able to adopt defensive and counter-attacking options at ease through data-driven pitch control tactics. This is done in real-time and activated or de-activated at an instant, completely suffocating the opposition or attacking with the utmost precision. To be able to effectively capture this data LFC has used “missile-tracking technology to assess its players” during game time.
Just as important is the ongoing use of this business intelligence during games and training to sharpen player techniques through digital-monitoring and continuous feedback. This has enabled LFC’s squad to actively measure individual performance, but also set targets and create a sense of precision and ownership around them.

Build Momentum
Klopp’s first two seasons were about building the base and consolidating the defensive structure of the club, akin to a Corporate CFO or COO avoiding unnecessary leakage. However, once in their stride, the team was able to win and with ease, breaking numerous records over the past two EPL campaigns. In particular, LFC have mastered the art of smothering opponents through Klopp’s Gegenpressing Strategy. The instinctive activation of such tactics, could not have been achieved without the right players, being able to execute the envisioned playing strategy, supported by the right feedback and business intelligence. Importantly, this has been driven collectively by a tenacious desire and fortitude to win, a squad Klopp admirably labels “mentality monsters”.

The Results
LFC’s on-field successes now make the club one of Europe’s most financially secure boasting continuous growth and record profits. Klopp’s laser-like focus on executing his strategy around an enduring philosophy and vision, are only outdone by his people-management qualities connecting with supporters and players alike. His success has been infectious and acknowledged by the extension of his contract by FSG until 2024.

In an age of knee-jerk Board decisions, the LFC story tells of a powerful partnership between FSG and Klopp. Built on the use of both modern science and club history, the club has reinvented the way football can be played and won. Most importantly, it has done so organically with the Merseyside culture and fabric sitting at the core of these successes. The crowning of EPL Champions for 2019/20 stands as testimony for Leaders who wish to examine the state of their organizations, beyond a financial period or season, when looking to survive during these turbulent times.

How can you apply these lessons to your organizational transformation?
Following the “traditional” path may not be the right fit for your company. Here are the key LFC lessons you can explore when examining your business:

Remember your transformation is long-term journey and must be sustainable.

When building or buying your talent, remove biases from the equation. The most expensive and experienced candidates might not be the best fit when looking execute your strategy or deliver on objectives.

Collect the right analytics and business intelligence ensuring it is human and technologically integrated (bionic), in order to enable performance, and remove any risks/ roadblocks.

Objectively identify your critical stakeholders and how to tailor your approach when connecting with each.
